The tallest core column is 501, so it marks the edge of the core. All to the right of it is perimeter.

Pretty mind-blowing observation. It shows a 50+ story perimeter wall standing erect that I overlooked.
We have been showing for the last 2 years that there is so much in the visual record that has been overlooked. This is another example.
I agree with your identification of the red arrow element in the rubble, but there is a mystery: If you look carefully, the top of the sheet marked with the red arrow is under a different sheet. How could it end up with its topmost portion tucked under another sheet? We expect the piece to end up lying on top of everything else.
