- Morin was a fat man
- was 10ft "inside" between the wings
- had less than 3 seconds to run out and watch
- didn't jump over the fence
- the NOC plane went over the roof and north of Citgo
This image has 3 pins right on top of the canopy of Citgo Gas at altitude 100m, 150m, 200m.
Any NOC plane had to pass somewhere left of the pins.
According to the P4T article the last "too high" NTSB animated altitude was 300ft / 91.4m.
Hence, the NOC plane was somewhere lleft of the lowest pin just 1 second after passin Morin.
...and it would have been completely out of sight from any POV reachable for Morin in time.
